Owner/Head Coach, CF-L2 Trainer, NCSF Certified, P1 Nutrition Certified, Crossfit Weightlifting, Exercise Science Degree Minor Coaching, JSU SOFTball -4 Years

I started crossfit in 2016. Before I walked in the door, I believed that this style of exercise was not going to be for me. Even with a negative mindset, I still Gave it a try. Fast Forward two years, I own a gym and I have Competed in the Crossfit open 9 Times . I was once a college athlete who did nothing but train to compete everyday. when my college career was over I felt a void. I didn't know what to do or where to go. crossfit has filled this void and fires me up everyday. I never know what will be thrown at me in a workout. I am in constant shock of the things my body can do and accomplish. Crossfit has taught me so much about myself physically, and mentally.

My inspiration to stay on this journey is found in the people around me. I love fitness and nutrition, but I would be lying if I said there were days where I didn’t want to just throw in the towel. My CLIENTS, workout partners, and gym members drive me everyday to be in the best shape I can possibly be and be the best role model for them along their own personal journeys. This is what I love to do. I love helping people and keeping myself accountable. My goal is, to be a role model and motivate others to do the same.

Burnon Moman

I’ve been in CrossFit for over 12 years and have coached for 10 of them. I have a degree in Kinesiology and have held certificates in weightlifting and Strength/conditioning. Been a competitor as an individual, team, and now master in local and national comps.

I enjoy coaching the Olympic lifts as well as long amraps so I can encourage, coach and push people beyond their limits. Personally I enjoy doing bar muscle ups and double unders

Not many movements I don’t enjoy coaching or teaching because it’s always an opportunity for myself to learn and grow.

Bethany Moman

I started my CrossFit journey in 2014. I’ve competed in multiple competitions from Beach Brawl to The Crush Games to Wodapalooza as individual and on a team. Team competitions are my favorite, because working out is always better with friends.

I got my L-1 in 2022 so that I could start coaching. I have a love for encouraging others, teaching new skills & then watching their excitement when they achieve something they thought they could never do. My favorite CrossFit movement to coach is HSPU’s and my favorite lift is the clean.

I love coaching because there is always room for improving and I’m always looking for ways on how I can grow and become a better coach. As a mom of three simple healthy meals are what help us try to stay on track, so I’m always looking for healthy snacks and meal prep to share with members.

Tyler Hadden

Coach, CF-L1 Trainer, World’s Tallest CrossFitter (unconfirmed), Belmont University Men’s Basketball 2013-2018

After graduating college, I tried many different exercise regiments before trying CrossFit for the first time in 2021. In 2022, my wife, Chelsey, and I joined the Mephobia family. While I had a desire to take the L1 course, I kept putting it off and making excuses for why I wouldn’t make a good coach. After much encouragement, Chelsey and Hayden finally convinced me to go take the course and I have been coaching classes since August 2023. I love to do local competitions and am always down to do an online qualifier alongside anyone that asks!

As many firsts, PRs, and milestones that I have hit during my own fitness journey, I find so much more joy in the achievements of our members. Whether it’s a PR on a lift, the first time hitting a gymnastic movement, or just making it through a tough workout, I love getting to celebrate the wins of others. As much as I hope that I inspire others along their fitness journey, our members inspire me to keep going each and every day!

Jennie Fisher

After starting CrossFit in 2012, Jennie was hooked. She got her L-1 in 2013 and has been coaching ever since. Since then, she’s gotten additional coaching certifications and specialty courses under her belt to help athletes to the best of their ability. Jennie feels thankful for the opportunity to help others achieve their goals and particularly enjoys helping athletes refine their technique on Olympic lifts or learn new skills. When she’s not in the gym, you can catch Jennie road tripping to the beach or spending time with her family.
