OPEN GYM

Open GYm is a time for you to Own your fitness. design your own workout, perfect a movement, or grab your partner and train for your next crossfit COMPETITION. While there is no formal direction during this time, coaches are available to offer GUIDANCE, and answer questions.

Hours: Mon-Fri 3:30PM-4:30PM Saturday 8AM-10AM
