HOW TO START

New members start their first month at CrossFit Mephobia with 2 Fundamentals classes. Typical Fundamentals classes have a maximum of 10 participants, and are taught by our HEAD COACH HAYDEN SETSER. Fundamentals cost $60 plus first month of Membership.

During the Fundamentals classes, our instructor will guide you through the following movements:  


SESSION ONE

Squat

Snatch

Clean and Jerk

Push Press

Strict Press 

PUSH JERK

SESSION TWO

WALL BALL

BURPEES

PULL UPS

DEADLIFTS

SDHP

ROW


If you are coming from another gym , and have completed a comparable level of olympic lifting & functional training, you may be able to skip Fundamentals. Please let us know about your background before your class has begun.
