WHAT IS FUNTIONAL FITNESS? 

  Constantly varied functional movements done at a high intensity.

 


DO YOU HAVE TO BE IN SHAPE TO TAKE OUR CLASSES?  

No, you do not have to be in shape TO TAKE OUR CLASSES. MEPHOBIA PERFORMANCE is for everyone of all shapes and sizes, this is a place to better your fitness.

 


WHAT DOES WOD MEAN?

Workout of the Day- its whatever movements we are doing for that particular day.

 


 DO WE WARM UP TOGETHER? 

yes, the coach will lead a group warm up.

 


IS EVERYTHING SCALE-ABLE?

 yes, all movements and weights are adjustable and if we need to change a certain movement all together that's an option as well.

 


WILL WE GO OVER THE WORKOUT TOGETHER OR AM I EXPECTED TO ALREADY KNOW WHAT I AM DOING?  

We will go over the workout together as a class. after the WARM-UP, the coach will demo every exercise to make sure every member knows what to do before we get started.

 


CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH MY NUTRITION?

  yes! OUR COACHES CAN GIVE GUIDENCE ON WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR NUTRITION. WE ALSO WORK WITH OUTSIDE venders THAT PREPARE MEALS THAT CAN FIT YOUR ON-THE-GO LIFESTYLE.
